The hotel is a gem in Bilbao, perfectly located near the museums we wanted to visit and just a stone's throw away from the charming old town. The staff are incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a fantastic stay. However, the dining options could be more diverse. The proximity to key attractions and easy access to the airport make it worth the stay!
